Frill and Fringe

March 12, 2017

Jogja is getting warmer these past few days, no more rainy day. I spent whole week with my twin as she is here in Yogyakarta. She is going back to our hometown next Wednesday. She's lucky, that I don't have too many homework. So, I don't as busy as usual that I can accompany her to go sightseeing and go on vacation. I just got back from the beach. I just realized that it has been two years after the last time I went to the beach in Gunungkidul. I will post more details on my upcoming post.

Anyway, these pictures were taken in Kotagede. The background was the most famous wall in town. People come to take picture there. In my opinion it's really pretty, that's why people love taking their pictures there. We also went to Malioboro straight from there right before the sunset as Anne wanted to go there so bad. Malioboro is always crowded but it was less crowded that day. I should say that Malioboro gets more attractive. The pedestrians can walk safely and there are so many benches. Some people say it looks like Bandung. Tell me if it does.

I'm such a sucker for frill top lately, I just bought two tops with frill. They are just so cute, I could not resist. The first one is this top. This frill top in white just so simple yet such a statement top. I think I will be wearing it everyday just because I really love that cute little detail. Paired it up with fringe denim skirt, which so in right now, and my favorite white sneakers. I know I looked younger than my age in this outfit. I looked like a school girl, they said. But hey, it ain't my fault. Don't blame my style. ;)
