April & Mary JaneApril 17, 2016
Hi girls! Finally I can manage myself to post my first post in 2016 and it's already April. Anyway, if you notice I changed my blog template and my blog header. What do you think about it? ;) So it's 2016 and I'm thinking of what I should do with my blog. If you have been Sequin and Velvet reader from the very beginning, you must know that my blog only post something that related to fashion especially my personal style and my travel diary. So I think it must be really fun to share you many things in my life which is more related to my daily life. Lately, I have been interested at beauty kind of thing. I will be posting beauty product review, my favorite beuuty products and many more! I'm just so excited to try something new this year.
Earlier this year I'm also a part of shopping community What We Like (whatwelike.co) as a featured blogger, I post something that also related to fashion and beauty there, like tips and tricks and beauty and fashion news. I'm so happy I can be a part of their amazing team! *big smile*. I will post more about it later on my upcoming post.

This spring the cold-shoulder trend is not going to leave the fashion higlight. I see many girls still wearing them. I must say that I'm a big fan of this trend so much along with the turtleneck and pinafore trend. Monochrome is current favorite palette, I treasure many basic color and stripes print apparel. It's mary jane turns this season. A perfect black mary jane pair from Zalora is currently my favorite. They are so comfortable to be worn for a long time because they have wide heels. Thank What We Like for helping me finding her.
Yes I wear glasses now because I'm nearsighted. I prefer glasses than soft lenses because it can be a fashion statement for my daily look. At first I didn't want to wear glasses because I couldn't find a frame that look good on me. Luckily, the frame from Optik Melawai fits my face shape and my personal style it's also affordable yet eye catching.
Anyway I should get going because I haven't finished my weekly Statistic report. Hope to talk to you real soon! Until next post lovely(s). Marlia xxx
